NF's Accounting Advisers are Moses Alade and Associates LLP ( www.mosesalade.com ), whose senior partner is the former Vice President, Taxes, for Discovery Communications, Inc. The principals of Nollywood Foundation, Inc. are development banking, academic and legal professionals.
